That so called random good intention won't do a single thing. How are you going to know their real information if they won't give it? It's not like you're talking about license plates.You can give 'em five licenses, you're not going to find them and get them to pay up. In the cities, you gotta carry uninsured and underinsured motorist protection for the illegals, the punks who buy the minimum, and other losers. So I ask, why even bother stopping at aliens. Give a license to anyone in the world who wants one! |
