Actually, I wouldn't argue that. However, a contract is a contract and should be enforceable. After all, folks were paying 28% for a mortgage and if they got foreclosed, they didn't get off the hook for signing up for usury. Perhaps if people paid attention to what their politicos actually DO, rather than the bullshit they release to the media, we wouldn't have been there in the first place.But a contract IS a contract, pay up or die. |
