Hmm...lets see.Did he inflict bodily harm,.. YES. Did he commit premeditated homiside or murder? Yes. Did he commit such criminal act in a public place or facilities whereas His actions caused multiple injuries damage to property and or persons, YES.. Were his actions deemed politically motivated in nature? Yes... Well,since his actions meet the criteria.. |
