It sounds much more likely that he picked Planned Parenthood as a political target.Could be. As of now, police are saying they don't know if PP was his target or his mental state. Acts of terrorism are legally distinguished from criminal acts committed for other purposes. There's no question what the shooter did is a horrific crime but whether it fits the legal definition of terrorism remains to be determined. |
