Keep your old shit and expect new features...Come on, I've been posting at length about how I'm trying to keep old features on my new shit. Honestly, if a computer costs more than $1,000 then I expect it to last more than 3 years. The G4 was something like 12 years old when I had to finally bite the bullet and replace it. The Macbook is 7 years old and still perfectly functional (although it could use a new battery). The Mac Pro is 3 years old now and if I have to replace it soon I will be seriously cheesed. IF you can do El Capitan, seriously ... do it! First release I've been proud of in a LONG time. Can I install Rosetta on it? |
