As far as I know she hasn't yet said, "I quit, now you can't make me do anything." How could a judge order her to do something in her position as County Clerk if she decided not to be County Clerk any more?I'm sure she could still be sentenced for her past contempt of court, but she could no longer be ordered to take any action. |
