Why should taxpayers in Rowan County be inconvenienced and forced to travel an inconvenient distance for a marriage license because the clerk they paid for is derelict in her duties?And in any event, the complaining parties here also represent all those who are aggrieved (and thus would have standing to sue) but for whatever reason are unwilling or unable to complain. |
