The women who, given a quantifiable economic disadvantage, cannot seek the medical care they and their doctor feels best suits their situation. Limiting what insurance will pay for harms them. When the law mandates the funds come from other sources, it harms a lot more, Ultimately, that's all taxpayers.

High price for one's person's prayer, eh? And nobody involved took one iota of that right to pray as they wish away, which is what was meant by practice of religion by our founders. Prayer and worship. That's what the First amendment's about.
