I will demonstrate that your summary decision to suspend me from the LOA was both arbitrary and capricious, and, further, the lack of an appeals process thereto, represents evidence of your ad hoc intent here. I shall demonstrate my de jure place on the LOA by providing links to numerous past posts elucidating my knowledge of aviation issues and terminology, as well as links to your own past posts acknowledging such, pro hac vice. Obiter dictum: I fully expect that you shall, of course, take into consideration all relevant materials submitted by me for reinstatement; be advised that any misfeasance by you in this matter shall be considered cause for filing against you for wrongful suspension from the LOA, possibly resulting in mulctatus per JayZeeBMT propter neglectum obsonii, which, I trust, is surely a fate you shall not wish to suffer.
