In your post announcing my suspension from the LOA you represented that I had until 310400ZAUG15 to present my defense and call such witnesses thereto. But by moving your decision date forward by four days unjustly deprives me of my right to mount a vigorous defense. If you persist in this I shall have no other recourse but to find you in default, stare decisis, and consider my suspension duly vacated per se, in the interests of fair play. It now rests with you. |
