I wonder if Jindal would lock up the Westboro loonies if they came to Louisiana for the purpose of protesting a funeral arising out of a gay-bashing?Given Jindal's anti-gay attitudes, in his own words,, I have to think not. However, I'm not sure Jindal's actions here amount to a "bill of attainder", which is, IINM, the summary declaration of an individual or group's guilt without a trial. Jindal is only threatening the Westboros with arrest, so far... |
