You can't win an argument so you deliberately lie. Wow.Nope. Both the fourth and ninth circuit courts upheld the claim that violating posted terms of service is illegal under the CFAA. The cases are readily available and if you spent 5 minutes searching you'd find them. In fact, in the Ninth Circuit case the government had charged the defendant with a violation of CFAA but the appellate court en banc rejected the government’s interpretation of the statute. Not only that but one of the judges addressed the issue of TOS violations and ridiculed it as being grounds for finding a CFAA violation. ROTFL! You can't win an argument so you deliberately lie. Wow. Congratulations...you've descended from Troll to Liar. |
