You can't win an argument so you deliberately lie. Wow.In fact, in the Ninth Circuit case the government had charged the defendant with a violation of CFAA but the appellate court en banc rejected the government’s interpretation of the statute. Not only that but one of the judges addressed the issue of TOS violations and ridiculed it as being grounds for finding a CFAA violation. And in the Fourth Circuit case, the appellate court denied the complaining party relief under the CFAA. So when you get desperate you make shit up and lie.
