You seem like a smart enough guy. Don't you realize that the way the laws are written, coupled with the burden of proof and the officer's culpable mental state ALL have to be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that these officers intended to commit the crimes that they are charged with. In a court of law, I cannot see the police getting indicted of most, if not all, charges. Of course if they go for a neophyte laymen jury who believe everything the media tells them, well then........ |
