I'm not sure what this obsession is with mens rea on your part. Proving murder does not require mind-reading; that they (a) didn't secure Gray's seatbelt, (b) drove like maniacs causing injuries that resulted in his death, and (c) intentionally engaged in (a) and (b) on a regular basis to the point that they had a special name for the practice is sufficient to prove murder. |
