Lincoln was President for the entirety of the Civil War, the bloodiest conflict ever fought in the US.

Southerners were obviously prepared to fight and die defending slavery, which they did.

Jim Crow is being revived today as the "Religious Freedom Restoration Act" which has either been passed or proposed in over 20 states.

All those items are FACTS.
