BTW: At the time, Scottso was program director and he had a habit of locking himself in his office when he got wind of an upcoming "dressing down" and just didn't want to hear it. Dennis Elsas and Jonathan Livingston Schwartz also considered themselves junior deputy station disciplinarians, and Scottso didn't want to hear any of that either. God Bless Chief "Nodes on throat" Scott and his memory. He knew how to run a station and keep the peace.
