That's how it should be. Some lines obviously can run better than others, and the ones that can should not be shut down.Even if they did get 24 inches in the city, it still wouldn't have been call to shut down the entire subway system. The LIRR, etc ran through major snowstorms way back when, and that was with old technology no less. |
