Hate to disappoint you, but there is no "skyscraper" at New Village in Patchogue....the bottom photo you posted (reposted here), was never built, and is just an artist rendering from many YEARS ago: What actually was built, is a five story building, which is no higher than the tower on the old Swezey's building (first photo below) that was there before it (although the tower did burn and was removed). The three story building to the left is seen in both photos below. That is the old Wedgewood building, and is still there (although resurfaced as seen in the second photo below), and is in both the CURRENT photo, and the old historic photo below it.
