Since the exact number is completely irrelevant, you proved you don't actually have any idea what this thread is about.You have not yet offered any reason for giving the number of years. Given your previous history, that means we can safely conclude you don't have one. The actual reason you "corrected" the number of years was because you completely failed to understand that when a person makes reference to an act or in-joke built up over multiple years, it is entirely reasonable for casual onlookers to be unfamiliar with the history and ask people in on the joke to provide context rather than try to wade through several million words worth of posts, most of which are completely irrelevant and all of which are poorly indexed and difficult to search through. |
