You completely failed to understand that when a person makes reference to an act or in-joke built up over multiple years, it is entirely reasonable for casual onlookers to be unfamiliar with the history and ask people in on the joke to provide context rather than try to wade through several million words worth of posts, most of which are completely irrelevant and all of which are poorly indexed and difficult to search through. Because you completely failed to understand that, you became fixated on the exact number of years I mentioned and tried to "correct" what was actually an inconsequential detail. If you can think of a better explanation, feel free to offer it. Of course, since you're making excuses, it's obvious that you don't. If you did, you'd have posted it by now. You should learn to understand nuance and context— then you'll stop making a fool of yourself. |
