All communications are monitored without warrants.Communications are not always subject to warrants. The feds can legally open any email that is over 180 days old without a warrant. Police are not subject to any oversight and brutally crack down on protests, You need to learn the difference between a protest and a riot. You have a right of Peaceful assembly. Once people stop being peaceful, you no longer have a right to assemble. often using nerve gas they don't have nerve gas. tear gas is not nerve gas. Nerve gas is potentially lethal. Tear Gas isn't. and military equipment  Innocent people are arrested without cause, imprisoned without charges, tortured, and killed. Sritctly speaking everyone who is arrested is innocent, until they are proven guilty. You can't send someone to prison without a conviction, let along charges. (jail and prison are not the same thing, there is a limit to how long you can be in jail) I'd ask you to provide examples of torture and killing, but I know you would just swing back to Brown, and he's not the kind of person I'm asking about. |
