You are overrating the paperwork aspect. My father runs a successful solo practice with my mother as his only staff. Your solution would do nothing for them. Many doctors just have lazy or incompetent staff. My father does take some ACA plans - the ones with better reimbursement rates. Having a practice in a working class neighborhood taking ACA plans is useful |
