Yes: when driving in traffic...Except that if you're driving in traffic, the speed limit becomes moot— the law requiring safe driving takes priority, which means driving at the same speed as everybody else. What if everyone else is driving at 30? No: If you're on the road by yourself, and you have at least half a brain, and you know how to drive well, then 30 mph isn't at all dangerous. Ah good. Then you concede my earlier point. |
