Yes: when driving in traffic, those people following the law will be going a slower speed than you and then will be expected most other people to be going generally the same speed so if you zoom by at the old higher speed, you could create a more likely situation for an accident to happen.No: If you're on the road by yourself, and you have at least half a brain, and you know how to drive well, then 30 mph isn't at all dangerous. |
