"it technically exists but you'd never be able to afford it. " Do you have low enough income to qualify for subsidies? If so, it is affordable. If not, your income should be high enough to afford it. Based on how your experience differs so grossly from my own and that of millions of others, I would say you somehow failed to try to navigate the exchange properly. |
