And you're unbelieveable as well. Photo stream will show contents of albums imported into a folder SEPARATE from the camera roll. But that's not what happened here at all. The few leaked photos that came from icloud came from BACKUPS, and like I said, photo stream is NOT a part of the backup of an iOS device. The majority of those photos came from DropBox, Facebook and from OneDrive. Photo stream is not part of the icloud backup.
