It all goes back to this post.You claimed that a murder charge required intent to kill, and I disputed that. You've made a huge number of posts dodging the fact that you were in error in your original statement. Wouldn't it have been easier to just say, oh OK, that's true, than to spend dozens of posts claiming you were right? This kind of behavior makes you look very much like the people you most strongly criticize here. |
