Which is called Murder 2 in NYS! And believe me, I'm no Salaam. He seems to be hung up on the TERM felony murder. I'M telling him that in NYS it's called Murder 2 . If he's a lawyer or a cop or somehow otherwise involved in the legal/justice system, he SHOULD know this.AND if he is harping on the fact that during the comission of another felony, you kill someone, the charge is upped to murder, it's STILL a felony. |
