The operative problem here is that there has been no carefully conducted inquiry. From the start, this has been amateurish and bungled. Wilson drove his cruiser from the scene? Right there, all bets are off. There's evidence in that vehicle, rather there was, the irony of which same would be the best evidence to clear him. Protocol requires it be towed from the scene in situ. |
