I think you should have responded in English to Gamera.If you respond to me in Icelandic and I am in Iceland, I would have already made the effort to learn how to say "I speak English" in Icelandic and would respond with that. In the US, I assume people will speak to me in English (though that isn't to say that I never switch to foreign languages in appropriate circumstances). Travel to Israel is probably about to get pretty cheap again, you can thank your friends in Gaza for that. Better seize the opportunity while you can. And the Flexliners are awesome. |
