In order to murder, one has to kill another sentient being. Zygotes and embryos are not sentient. They also cannot survive outside their host.The remainder of the equation is the impression and belief the host holds towards the zygote/embryo. Which BTW, is the woman involved, who make the decision to carry through or terminate the pregnancy. Nobody else can make the decision as it's her body. Beyond that early term point, termination must be available to address any medical reason throughout the term. A dead woman can't try to have another child. |
