LOL, if the union issue was resolved, surely it would have been mentioned! A simple Google search finds an article which explains the current plan:

Participation in the local would be voluntary and not formally recognized by VW until a majority of the 3,200 employees at the plant agree to join

So once again, you were wrong. You claimed that the vote to not unionize would hurt the plant, that it wouldn't expand, and that it would not build an SUV. You were wrong on all counts.
