But there's Biblical reference to changing things like eating Shrimp, not having to do Abraham circumcision, Lords day instead of Saturday Sabbath, pork, Judiasm's feast days, and so forth.

There is Biblical reference to bris chadasha in Jeremiah, which Paul quoted in his letter to the Hebrews and explained as a "new covenant" replacing the old one (presumably all 613 commandments, not just the ones pertaining to things other than marriage and reproductive rights) in Messianic times. Except the translation of chadasha isn't "new," it's "renewed," and the context of Jeremiah is that the increasingly secularized Jews will return to Torah observance.
