Since you can't even identify the left, I doubt you have the slightest clue about their position re: Israel.

I haven't done any surveys but I do know that the left (a) generally opposes getting involved in other people's affairs and (b) disagrees internally a lot so I'd expect a plurality of liberal Americans to think the US should keep its nose out of the Middle East entirely and a broad spectrum of other opinions ranging from "overthrow Hamas" to "try and use America's considerable weight to break up the fight" to "change Israel's name to 'Totally Not Israel, Guys' and remove any explicit reference to the 'Jewish State' (while continuing all the policies that make it that) and then proudly tell Hamas that Israel has been 'overthrown.'"
