For some reason. my doctor insists on telling my BMI measurements during every annual checkup. When I went in last year, I had lost enough weight to be seriously scrawny and for the first time the BMI pronounced me "not overweight." Now that I'm back up to a healthy weight I'd probably measure as "obese."I weighed 214 this morning. Following the advice of Jason Ferruggia. If I can get down to 210 for the summer that would be good. Lose pure fat. Thinking about doing deadlifts 2xwk for now. Cardio sprints? Too hot. Later in year. |
