Text corrected.Can we have some more conclusions or statements that do not logically follow from the previous arguments or statements, Captain Obvious? Do you also think people assume that the POTUS sits in either the House or the Senate? Mayor de Blasio’s preliminary budget, presented in February, didn’t include a universal free lunch program . . . Preliminary budgets are preliminary budgets. And it's up to the council to approve the budget. The fight is just starting, if this issue is the sticking point. |
