I see where you said the baker could refuse service to the LGBT person. The selective choosing of which religious beliefs to enforce and still claim protection highlights how the claim of religious freedom is a cover for discrimination against LGBT persons (which, while not unconstitutional as long as it does not involve fundamental rights, would look really bad if you said it directly) |
