Coming from you, again, let's just assume yes, your father did get a ticket for this (let's just assume that, as again, you make up stuff all the time).So he got a ticket for that. The cop may have "saw" one thing, and your father claimed another. People always claim "they didn't do something" when they get a ticket. So what does that prove, that this alleged "law" was in effect? It just proves (again, assuming this is a true story) that your father got a ticket for something he claimed he didn't do. And he may well have not done that. People get tickets for things they "don't do" (or claim they didn't do) all the time. That's what traffic court is for, that doesn't prove a "taken out of the air" allegation that "Garden City" did (or as you originally claimed does) differently than the rest of New York State. |
