Wow you don't get it.Regardless of what happened, the charge was running a yellow light. You claim that was never illegal. Yet it was, and everyone in the region knew that about Garden City. You are failing on the basic premise and attempting to parse irrelevant and imagined "facts" about an incident you know nothing of.
