If you listened to the vodeo carefully, you can hear the passenger say "I am a gay man".

So, let me see if I understand you correctly: Spewing anti-gay hatred to a subway car full of straphangers is "freedom of speech", but the gay man standing up for himself "should be fined"?

The homophobic "preacher" could be a LuchAAA type.
