This is as close to criminal as you can get. The guy is NOT a criminal, nor does he exhibit the kind of behavior in his personal life that could jeopardize the security of the US. There is NO reason to not proceed with the Senate's final consent vote and appoint Mr Hagel to the position he will serve in at the pleasure of the President.

This is *bullshit*. Flat out *bullshit*. The republicans should be ashamed.
