What would you do if you were the driver? Put yourself into his shoes. He calls the cops, gets the kids arrested, has reports to do, gets the depot manager pissed because of the paperwork and delay to service and more importantly the kids remember the drivers face and look for him to so they can retaliate against him after the judge lets them off.
