Who says redesign is "efficient" ?They are about cutting trip times and potentially damaging the market in the process, like dismantling the bus hub at Jackson Hts next to the subway and el, and carrying out grudges such as getting buses off Newport Avenue in the Rockaways, which it has had since the middle of the last century. These are the geniuses who initially proposed killing the well-utilized Q53 even though MTA-BC just previously found it worthy of converting to SBS and artics. |
