The walk to the subway on level ground is a challenge for many people of limited mobility.There's a solution to that problem that does not cost $2.3B annually. The first step to finding that solution is to find out the number of people who can walk 1/4 mile to a bus stop but not 1/2 mile to an ADA subway stop. |
