There are no benefits to a default 25 mph speed limit especially for arterial roads when there are no highways in the area and you must drive ten miles on those roads with a 25 mph speed limit and a realistic average speed of 9 to 12 mph due to unsynchronized signals. Local trips of ten miles should not take over an hour by car and even longer by bus.And your link does not work. |
