The change at Roosevelt Field for service to/from Hicksville is a service decrease as far as passengers are concerned. Late buses mean missed connections, just like at Great Neck with the N20's.

Roosevelt Field terminals are good for NICE as they can more economically make reliefs and get buses on and off the road easier for them. A d/h from Hicksville to the depot at the beginning and end of service day is wasteful to the company.
