N22X buses should be short-turning at Roosevelt Field, not Mineola, due to heavy passenger traffic between those 2 destinations. N24 buses are few & far between.The change to skip the detour via Mineola Terminal is very smart. It's now just a 2 minute walk to the stop at 2nd St in Mineola. Often the N22X had to wait for 5 or 6 traffic light cycles to exit the terminal during afternoon rush-hour (since there are a non-stop amount of cars exiting from the multi-level parking garage there and a very short traffic light.) |
