Countless tickets for countless violations. Any body here think that Mendez was in the right lane observing the speed limit? No, probably highballing it, either overloaded from his first trip or flying to pick up his first load of the day. His only saving grace was that he encountered someone more reckless than he was. I drove the N.J. turnpike for a long time, it’s a Roman chariot race everyday and the troopers for the most part disappear during the am/pm rush. It’s too dangerous for even them to pull the worst offenders over. |
