Maybe just redistribute stops to be every 3 blocks, resurfacing 2/3rd of the bus pads, and put at the far side of each intersection in each direction so that boarding or alighting of so much as 1 passenger cannot lose the time of an entire traffic light cycle.I know they did the latter on the Q11 route in the late -1960's when I lived there. |
